The Midtown Ridge Apartmens at 312 McBrien Road in Chattanooga were sold for $23.87 million. The 193-unit property was built in 1986 and sits on 8.71 acres. Equinox at Knight Holdings LLc, 312 McBrien SPE LLC, KD Midtown LLC, Asimus Holdings LLC, Wall Holdings LLC, Barrow Knight Way SPE LLC and Townsquarejd SPE LLC purchased the property from 312 McBrien Road LLC. It's a shame we have so many gun battles in certain parts of the city. An outside could come in, look at a map with the number of gun incidents and quickly formulate that most of inside Chattanooga city limits, there is a problem. There should always be a police presence in that area due to the close proximity of UTC housing...either on foot, bicycle or stationary cars.
