  • Wednesday, April 17, 2024

Sheriff Austin Garrett announces the official launch of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office’s new recruitment website.

Officials said, "This stand-alone website, designed in-house by HCSO personnel, quickly and effectively outlines the open positions, requirements and process for potential applicants to apply to work for our agency.

"Our new, career-specific website, makes the HCSO one of only a small group of law enforcement agencies in Tennessee to host a stand-alone site geared strictly for recruiting purposes.

"Complete with job descriptions, employment FAQ’s, and pertinent information about our agency’s hiring practices and benefits, this new website will serve as a one-stop-shop for potential applicants to learn more about the career opportunities available with the HCSO."

“The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is recognized as one of the premier law enforcement agencies in our state and the launch of this new website showcases the many diverse and dynamic career opportunities we have available for those who are serious about a career in law enforcement and public service. As Sheriff, it is my vision to attract the best and brightest applicants who will join us in our mission to lead the way in law enforcement services in Hamilton County. With each successful candidate we onboard we are recruiting today for tomorrow’s leaders… We are challenging our applicants and asking, do you have what it takes to serve?” said Sheriff Garrett.
