Reverend Bill Serjak, beloved pastor, husband, father, grandfather, and mentor, passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 80.

Rev. Serjak was the associate pastor at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Hollywood, Fl., for six years, He retired as pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Sylva, N.C., after over 30 years and made a lasting impact on countless lives through his radio show, volunteer work with youth missions, Meals on Wheels, Life Challenge, and his compassionate ministry and dedication to God’s church.

Rev. Serjak is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sandy Serjak, his daughter Lynn Serjak Owens, son in law Andy Owens, his seven grandchildren. (Berkley and her husband Elijah Wamsley, Gage and his wife Annabelle, Ryken, Hudson, Emerson, Kinley and Zephan), his sister Louisa Boyer and her husband John.

Although his life made an impact on the community, he focused on what Jesus did in people’s lives and not what he did for people. Many of his sermons are still online at sermongold.com ensuring his message endures for generations to come.
