Jo Ann Whitlow, 84, died on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
Jo Ann retired from Town and Country Restaurant after 35 years of service. She also served in the United States Army.
Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Edna Westmoreland; sister, Phoebe Tate.
Jo Ann is survived by her son, John Whitlow; daughter, Belinda Dyer; daughter-in-law, Janice Whitlow; two granddaughters, Addie and Corey Whitlow; Nephew David Tate; and niece, Pat Bowman.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 5, from 9-11 a.m. at Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace.
Graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace.
