Morning Pointe Senior Living Invites Community To Free Senior Prom At Collegedale Commons June 13

  • Wednesday, May 8, 2024
Local seniors are invited to the Second Annual Senior Prom at the Collegedale Commons on Thursday, June 13 from 4-6 p.m.

The free event is sponsored by Morning Pointe Senior Living, as well as Garden Plaza of Greenbriar Cove, AccentCare Home Health and Life Care Center of Collegedale. However, attendees do not have to be residents at the local senior living communities.

The senior prom will include live music by the Barkey Bryant Band, hors d’oeuvres from chefs at local Morning Pointe Senior Living and Garden Plaza communities, dancing and the crowning of a prom king and queen.
This year’s theme will be “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

“We had such a great time last year, and we’re planning to make it even bigger and better this year,” said Michaela Rawdon, community relations director at Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove Assisted Living. “Our theme is going to be a lot of fun, and it will certainly be an evening to remember.”

Adult children are also invited to attend with their senior parents.
