Violet M. Long, 91 of Dunlap, Tennessee, died on Wednesday evening, October 15, 2014 in the NHC Heath Care Center in Dunlap.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.P. Long; son Harold Long; parents, Thomas and Florence Green; sister, Olavene Griffith; brothers, James and Ralph Green.
She is survived by her son, Gene (Ann) Long, Dunlap; grandchildren, Valarie, Venessa, Michael and Matthew; three great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Camp, Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private family burial.
