Willie Clifford Woodruff, 77, passed away on April 20, 2017, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He retired from Wheland Foundry after 28 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Florence Woodruff.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Woodruff; daughters, Tara (Tony) Fambro of Columbus, OH, Tera (Jackie) Wilson of Calhoun, GA, Mia Woodruff Edmonds, Kenya Tumlin (Melvin) Kyle, Yolanda Woodruff of Chattanooga; sons, Clifford Eugene Woodruff, Lewis (Shanerra) Woodruff, and Clifford Jamal Woodruff; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 27, at 1 p.m. at Olivet Baptist Church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Wednesday, and family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
