Loren Clem Sr., cherished son of Jack and Flossie Clem, peacefully passed away on April 22, 2024. Born on May 7, 193 in Ardmore, Al., Mr. Clem's journey was one of dedication, service, and love.

Raised on his father's farm, Loren's spirit of duty led him to serve honorably in the U.S. military during the Korean War. It was during this time that fate intervened, guiding him to his beloved wife, O'Darria. Together, they embarked on a life filled with adventure, compassion, and unwavering devotion.

Settling in Chattanooga, Loren and O'Darria found joy in exploring the world, supporting their church's mission, and nurturing their growing family. Theirs was a union built on mutual respect, shared values, boundless love, and of course, Alabama football.

Loren leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, survived by his devoted wife, O'Darria Clem, his loving sons Cleve and Matt, and his cherished daughter, M'Darria. He also leaves behind a treasured legacy in his three grandchildren: Jazz, Isaiah, and Anthony, who carries on Loren's spirit by welcoming his first great-grandchild, August, into the family fold.

In the hearts of those he touched, Loren's memory will forever shine bright, a testament to a life lived with grace, integrity, and enduring love.

Visitation will be held at Hamilton Funeral Home on Monday, April 29, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. funeral service time. A graveside service will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1 p.m.
