Cole, Jennifer Maxine (Summerville)

Jennifer Maxine Cole, 74, of Summerville, Georgia, died on Monday, March 27, 2017, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Miss Cole was born August 27, 1942, in LaFayette, Ga., daughter of the late Woodrow Lewis and Dorothy Ballinger Cole.  She attended the Redemption Worship Center, and prior to her retirement, was employed with E.T. Barwick. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Johnny Thornton.

Miss Cole is survived by a brother, Jimmy Cole; sister, Barbara Weaver; nephews, Randy Weaver, Steve Weaver, Adam Cole, and Jay Cole; niece, Tiffany Cole; and two step-great nephews.

Funeral services for Miss Cole will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Shores officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fairview South Cemetery. 

Active pallbearers will be Randy Ballinger, Joe Ballinger, Eric Ballinger, William Benefield, Randy Weaver, and Adam Cole.  Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Weaver, Michael Weaver, and the Staff of Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.

Miss Cole will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from noon until the hour of service on Thursday.
