Harrison Ruritan Club Open Car Show To Be Held May 28

The Harrison Ruritan Club Open Car Show will be held on Sunday, May 28 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
at Tennessee River Park, 4301 Amnicola Hwy.
 
Spectator admission is free. Pre-registration is $20; day of show is $25.  Registration is from 8 a.m.-noon.  Judging begins at noon.  

Dash plates go to the first 150 registered.  Goodie bags and door prizes are also available.  Top five trophies will  be awarded for 20 classes of cars, trucks, and motorcycles.  Seven specialty trophies will include:  Best Paint; Best Interior; Best Engine; Most Unique; Best Tire and Wheel; Best Club Participation; and Best of Show.  

Sunday morning church service starts at 11 a.m.  Food is available for purchase.  Proceeds benefit various community service projects including college scholarships, student citizenship awards, and Hwy 58 Volunteer Fire Department.  Event will be held rain or shine.
