Angelia Lottita Stubbs, 57, died peacefully on December 2, 2016 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

She was born to the late James Lelton Walker Sr. and Clara Louise Hardwick Walker on July 1, 1959, in Scottsboro, Al. As an adult Angelia transferred her membership to Mount Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church where she attended faithfully.

Angelia was known by those who loved her as “Annie” and was admired by many for her love of children. There were very few times you seen Angelia without her at least one of her grandchildren who she loved dearly.

Angelia worked as a certified nursing assistant for more than 20 years before deciding to retire early to enjoy her grandchildren and time with family. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Calvin and getting her family together for special occasions. Angelia will always be remembered as the peacemaker, always having her door open to anyone in need and her ability to cook a great meal.

She was preceded in death by her father, James L. Walker Sr., her mother, Clara Hardwick Walker, her sisters, Patricia Ann Moore, Wanda Deloise Walker and Shirley Louise Robinson, her first husband, Brandley T. Green Sr., and her granddaughter, Bailee Green.
