Evelyn Cleo Scott, 79, of Trenton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home surrounded by family.
She attended White Oak Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Conner Scott; son, Malcolm Keith Scott; parents, Arney Oscar and Opal Marie Cagle; and brother, Thurman Lewis Cagle.
Survivors include daughter, Judy (Ralph) Walden of Trenton, GA; sons, Rick (Angie) Scott of Bryant, AL and Terry Scott of Higdon, AL; grandchildren, Nicole and Lindsay Walden of Trenton, GA and Bradden and Tiffany Scott of Chattanooga; great-grandson, Scott Walden; sisters, Yvonne Logan of Trenton, GA, Sheila (Robert) Cooper of Trenton, GA and Glenda (Elbert) Poore of Flat Rock, AL.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 in the Chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Terry Trivette officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28 and 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday, Aug. 29 at Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton, who has charge of the arrangements.
