Dennis Lee Lunsford, 70, of Rock Spring, Georgia, died on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at his home.
A lifelong resident of Catoosa County, he was self-employed and was of the Church of God faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Ray and Millie Wright Lunsford; sister, Pauline Bennett and six brothers, Ellis, Howard, Willis, Carl, Fred and Winford Lunsford.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 52 years, Nora Lake Lunsford of Rock Spring; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis Gerald and Kim Lunsford of Rock Spring; sister, Betty Guffey of Rock Spring; two brothers, David (Judy) Lunsford of Ooltewah, and Robert (Peggy) Lunsford of Ringgold; two grandchildren, Arminda (Curtis) Carroll and Jessica (Cody) Mabrey; two great-grandchildren, Sara Carroll and Eli Mabrey, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 24, at Anderson Memorial Gardens with Pastor Chris Spears officiating.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 23, from 2-9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
