Donald Lee Bearden, 57, of Summerville, Georgia, died on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at his residence.
Mr. Bearden was born January 5, 1958, in Rome, Ga., the son of the late D.A. and Sarah Ruth Rollins Bearden. He was employed with Frank Bearden Logging.
Survivors include his children, Donavaughn Bearden, Maekayla Bearden, sister, Virginia Stratton, brothers and sister-in-law, Frank & Darlene Bearden, Jim Bearden, grandchildren, Gavin, Alexis, Emarie, and Rhylin Bearden.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 25, at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gary Howell officiating with interment in the Summerville Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Greg Bearden, Dalton Bearden, Andy Payton, Tracy Carter, Corey Carter, Chuck Rollins.
Mr. Bearden will be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends on Sunday, May 24, from 6-8 p.m.
