Timothy Randall Champion, 30, of Dalton, GA, died on Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Calhoun, GA from injuries sustained in a truck accident.  

Tim was born December 15, 1983 in South Pittsburg, TN.  Tim was a truck driver with Big G Express.  He loved all kinds of music, from heavy metal to country. He was a facebook junkie and loved drama.  He also loved wrestling. His professional name was “Rash Renegade” and he wrestled for SSPW (Southern Style Pro Wrestling). 

He was preceded in death by his father, Fritz H. “Champ” Champion.   

He is survived by his wife, Jeania Rich Champion; his two year old son, Axel Bentley Champion both of Chatsworth, GA; his mother, Bobbie Jean Atterton Champion; his biological mother, Jane Champion of Dalton, GA; brother, Michael Casey Champion of Richard City, TN; aunts, Cindy Melton of Jasper, TN; cousin, Chris Melton of Whiteside, TN; great-aunt, Audrey Coffelt of Jasper, TN; father-in-law, Terry Rich of Chatsworth, GA; mother-in-law, Kim Penson; brother-in-law, T.J. Rich both of Kingston, GA; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Timothy Randall Champion will be held Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m. (CST) at Tate Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper, TN, with Reverend Bryon Silvers and Reverend Jeff Ferrick officiating.  He will be laid to rest beside his beloved father at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens with T.J. Rich, Chris Melton, Shawn Millians, Casey Champion, Ken Melton, Brandon Domingues and Otis “Frankie” Laney serving as pallbearers. 

The family will receive friends at  Tate Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements, from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 and after 11 a.m. Thursday, April 24.
