Uncle Maddio's Pizza is opening its first of three restaurants in Chattanooga, on Saturday.
The restaurant is at 1924 Gunbarrel Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421, 423 847-4992. In celebration of the grand opening, Uncle Maddio’s will serve free 10-inch one-topping pizzas to the first 1,500 guests on Saturday. On Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests will get a free, 10-inch one-topping pizza.

The new Chattanooga franchise owners are Mukesh and Dhara Chaudhary with Shankus Restaurants LLC, who have recently signed on as multi-unit franchisees and plan to open locations throughout Tennessee.
Uncle Maddio’s is a next generation pizza restaurant that lets guests build their own pizza exactly how they want it and cooked in fast-bake ovens and served to their tables in about eight minutes. Guests choose from four pizza sizes, three types of crusts, including a delicious gluten-free option, 42 toppings, seven sauces, 18 vegetables and 14 meats. Everything is fresh and made in-store daily. Create-your-own salads and calzones round out the Italian-inspired menu. Additionally, the restaurant will offer a selection of craft beers and wine.
Uncle Maddio’s is fast-casual style where guests can order and pay up front. Guests, then, can choose to watch their item being made or get their drinks and sit down. The order is delivered to the table as soon as it is ready. The vibrant digital menu board features a step-by-step guide for the “create-your-own” process, imagery of the handcrafted salads and calzones, and classic deals such as a Maddio Meal or The Combo which are perfect for a quick lunch in eight minutes or less.
