The Catoosa County Stormwater and Public Works Departments have scheduled storm drain work on Poplar Springs Road between Holcomb Road and Baggett Road. Poplar Springs Road will be closed to thru traffic beginning Monday, July 23 through Tuesday, Aug. 7, weather permitting. The road will be closed daily from 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
A detour route will be marked and there will be traffic delays. (see included map). "Catoosa County appreciates the patience and cooperation of everyone during this road improvement project," officials said.
