AMZY – Little Known Band With Big Sound

Denver based alt-pop foursome, AMZY might not be well-known yet but they have the sound and performance quality to get there.

Singer Brennan Johnson, an Australian import, plays the part of perfect front man with ease. He’s constantly smiling, sharing fist bumps with fans in the front row, running through the crowd, climbing along balcony ledges, and even rides a blow-up unicorn float through the crowd.

Performing their original songs including “Words” and “5 to Midnight,” the band showcased their catchy pop side.

They also played an alt-rock cover of the Nina Simone classic “Feeling Good,” which was a highlight of the night. For extra emphasis of their range of talents, guitarist Sean Grant stepped forward to sing their song “Liar.”

Clothed in signature suits and bathed in bright, colorful lights the group can light up a small venue to rival any arena show.
