The Villas at Oak Crest is at 7255 Lee Highway near Standifer Gap Road.

The complex includes a pool and fitness center.

The sale was to Tpaf Vi Chattanooga Llc from Villas At Oak Crest Llc, Hyde Properties I Llc.
