Keith Corporation Eliminates Deadline For Comment On Shoppes At Signal Mountain Development

  • Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Officials of the Keith Corporation (TKC) said they have eliminated the deadline for comments on the Shoppes at Signal Mountain development, and will continue to receive comments and feedback through the duration of the project.

This came "after being notified that many Signal Mountain locals had not received a direct mailer before the initial deadline of March 15."

Robin Derryberry, spokesperson for the Shoppes at Signal Mountain project stated, “TKC established a website (www.ShoppesatSignalMountain.com) for residents to go online and easily share their comments with the developer.  Additionally, direct mailers were also sent out to provide another avenue of communication, which unfortunately, were delayed in delivery.

"This should not derail a project that has been thoughtfully considered and planned with the present and future in mind, by a team of people with a vested interest in Chattanooga and Signal Mountain.  It is TKC’s hope that residents will share their thoughts by returning the comment cards or by visiting the website.”

For additional information on this development, contact Ms. Derryberry with Derryberry PR at robin@derryberrypr.com or the Shoppes at Signal Mountain website.
