TheatreQuest Presents The S Play Saturday

30 Words In 30 Minutes

  • Friday, March 16, 2018

The S Play, the latest in the Alphabet Play series, plays this weekend and next with performances on Saturday and March 24 at 10:30 a.m. It will be held at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre.

It's appropriate for the whole family.

Review for the S Play:

Smell the snacks Chef Sal is serving, hear a synonym symphony, and see a seven-second scene. This sensational spectacle shows off seven stalwart stars of the stage, sprinting against the clock. Can the cast use 30 S words in 30 minutes? If not, there's a pie in the face awaiting one of them.

Parts of Barton Avenue, Frazier Avenue, and Tremont Street in front of the Theatre Centre will be closed due to the St. Paddy's Day 7K run in the morning, and theatre organizers recommend an alternate route.

Guests will need to enter the parking lot through Renaissance Park (off Manufacturers Road across from FoodWorks or next to SunTrust Bank on Cherokee Boulevard) and come under the Market Street Bridge, through Coolidge Park, under the Walnut Street Bridge and enter the parking lot behind the Brewhaus. The regular entrance to the parking lot in front of the theatre will be blocked.
