Middle Valley Neighborhood Walmart Sold For $11.5 Million

The Middle Valley Neighborhood Walmart has sold for $11,495,964.

The sale was to Mdc Coast 7 Llc from Polestar.

The Neighborhood Walmart was narrowly approved for rezoning by the County Commission in early 2015.

It is located at 7363 Middle Valley Road.
