Keila Knight, 50, of South Pittsburg, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in a Chattanooga healthcare center.
Keila enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, and loved animals. She is remembered for her very giving heart and generosity to those in need.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Kevin Knight, and beloved grandmothers, Elizabeth Wester and Anna Evans.
She is survived by her father, Charles Knight of Jasper, Tn.; mother, Jean Turney Volgyi, and her husband, Imre, of Chattanooga; step-brother, Paul S. Turney, Jr. of Bridgeport, Al.; best friend, “AJ” Stolz of Hixson; uncle, Larry (Joan) Wester, of Jacksonville, Fl.; aunt, Helen Wilson of Kimball, Tn.; and several other relatives and friends.
The family will gather with friends for visitation at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg from 4-7 p.m. (Central) on Monday, Jan. 8.
A memorial service will be held at Christ Church, Episcopal in South Pittsburg at 1 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Jan. 9, with the Rev. Kim Hobby, officiating.
