Hawks Group To Open 2nd Office At Cambridge Square

  • Monday, January 15, 2018

Jim and Lynda Hawks, owners of The Hawks Group, LLC., will open a second location at Cambridge Square, Ooltewah’s growing mixed-use community just east of Exit 11 on I-75. The company currently has offices at 832 Georgia Avenue in downtown Chattanooga which will remain open to service the firm’s downtown clientele. The Hawks Group assumed control of Cambridge Square’s property management in 2017. Move-in for the Ooltewah location is slated for the spring of 2018.

The Hawks Group manages the Volunteer Building along with seven other downtown properties as well as three properties in other locations around the city. The addition of the Cambridge buildings and grounds will bring the firm’s total portfolio to 20 properties. The firm manages a property’s daily operations, rent collection and tenant relations, and full-service accounting.

Prior to the formation of their own venture, Ms. Hawks was president and CFO and CEO of Luken Holdings Inc. and COO of Corker Properties.

“We were very pleased when the Hawks Group came on board earlier this year,” said Cambridge Square Marketing and Leasing Director Jim Cheney, “and we are very excited that they will now have a presence on site. Lynda and Jim Hawks have done a remarkable job; their professionalism is of benefit to both the development team and the tenants.”
