Charles Henry “Buddy” Brannan, 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 13, 2017, in Rossville, Georgia.

A lifelong resident of the North Georgia and Chattanooga areas, Buddy was the son of the late James “Henry” and Mabel McCallie Brannan.

He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Anthony “Tony” Brannan; his sister, Mary Brannan; and brothers-in-law, Sid Owens and Granville Daniel.

He is survived by his three sons, Jeff Brannan of Rossville, Mike (Monique) Brannan of South Carolina, and Chris (Emmy) Brannan of Soddy Daisy; two sisters, JoAnn Owens and Louise Daniel; grandchildren, Kassidy Brannan, Anthony and Christopher Brannan, Jeremiah (Amanda) Williams, Ruby (Joe) Deremigio, Summer, Codie and Courtlyn Katchmer, AnnaRose and Parker Brannan, Jacob Howard; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Newsom,  Scarlett Rensel, Everleigh Williams; and many loving nieces, nephews, and their children.

Buddy will be fondly remembered for his cheerful nature, generosity and kindness to all people, and his strong love of family.
