A subdivision with 48 single-family detached lots is planned at Kittrell Lane and Savannah Hills Drive.
Goodwin Southern Properties is developing the 17.9-acre site.
It is in the center of the Savannah Hills Drive subdivision.
The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
The RPA staff is recommending approval subject to a landscape buffer.
