Chattanooga House Of Prayer To Offer Retreats Beginning Jan. 13

  • Thursday, December 14, 2017

In less than three weeks, millions of people will begin 2018 with New Year’s resolutions. Losing weight, getting organized, exercising more, eating healthier, and managing finances better are some of the most common resolutions. To support those who are seeking to strengthen their spiritual journey, Chattanooga House of Prayer will offer nine Rhythms Retreats beginning on Saturday, Jan. 13, from 9 a.m.–noon at Chattanooga House of Prayer at 3912 Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank.

The retreats will be held over the course of a year and will include teaching, discussions, and practice of a particular spiritual discipline. During this yearlong journey, participants will explore spiritual practices that will cultivate intimacy with Christ, nourish their soul, and ultimately transform their life, said officials.

Participants are encouraged to attend all nine retreats; however, each retreat can stand alone.

The cost to attend all of the Rhythms Retreats in 2018 is $20. The retreats are open to the public and men and women of all ages are invited to attend.
