Three sorority houses with shared parking at the rear are planned for an acre site on O'Neal Street near Fifth Street.
Bob McKenzie is seeking rezoning for the site on the west side of O'Neal near Engel Stadium.
It is planned for each structure to have eight bedrooms with two occupants per room.
The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
