Pratt Homes is planning three single-family homes and 41 townhomes in the 6100 block of Hixson Pike.
The location of the 7.3-acre site is on the east side of Hixson Pike about 1,100 feet north of Cassandra Smith Road.
The property is owned by Douglas and Kari Battaglia and Sandra and Calvin Gann Jr.
The rezoning case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
