Delpha Webb Brown, 74, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the home of her granddaughter, Jodie, with her family by her side.
She was a member of Red Hill Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Grace Knight Webb; her husband of 49 years, James Wendell Brown; sister, Anna Lou Hankins; brothers, Dallas (Dutch) Webb and Albert Webb; and grandparents, Thomas and Ann Harris Knight and James (Jim) and Lou Webb.
Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn (David) Little; granddaughters, Jodie (Travis) Miller of Pikeville and Amanda (Jacob) Callahan of Clayton, NC; brother, James Thomas (Tom) Webb of Pikeville; sister, Shirley (Dean) Cluck of Dayton, TN; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be Saturday, Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Johnson and Rev. Hubert Thurman officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, where visitation will be Thursday, from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. CDT; Friday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. CDT and Saturday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. CDT.
