Jeremy M. Clark, 28, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, July 29, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Beomia Watkins and Alice Ann Virginia Childress; and uncle, Maurice Watkins.
Survivors include his daughter, Janicqua Lysa Moss; father, Barry Childress; mother, Trena Clark; grandfather, Hayward Watkins; brother, Dennis Clark, Derrick Draper, and William Boston; sisters, Maranda Sanders, Alexandria Boston; uncles, Reginald Watkins, Stacy (Vickie) Wilbanks, and Jeffery (LaQuanna) Nelson of Atlanta, Ga.; aunts, Latoya Watkins, Rhonda Marsh of Rossville, Tracey Watkins, Garner Childress, Allison Childress, Janet (James) Sturkey, Jennifer Greenhill, Denise Childress, Tabatha (Maurice) Edwards, and Daphne Stargin; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Friday, Aug. 5, from 6-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Aug. 6, at noon in the chapel with Pastor Alfred Johnson as the eulogist. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
