A new community, Wild Ridge, is coming to Signal Mountain. This development will have 199 home sites over 124 acres; with over 50 percent of the land set aside as open space and adjoining an additional 51-acre preserve.
Coming this fall will be installation of a hiking trail, followed by community fire pits, grills, seating areas and a par course exercise trail. They will also be incorporating hummingbird, butterfly and flower gardens.

The developer and their real estate team will be hosting a grand opening event on Tuesday from 4-6:30 p.m.
