One Accord Continues To Distribute Free Produce Monthly

On July 12 One Accord Community Church in Red Bank distributed 1750 pounds of fresh produce to 100+ people for free, bringing the total to 5250 pounds. This is through P.E.P (Produce Empowerment Program). 

Produce has consisted of zuchani , onions, egg plant, cabage, corn, watermillon , cucucumbers and carrots. This list is subject to change monthly. This was the third monthly give-away to take place at One Accord Community Church, which occurs on the second Tuesday of each month.

This month's distribution will be on Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 3 p.m. Notification will be via Facebook posts, direct email, fliers, text message and telephone. If you do not have email or texting you can get on the telephone notification list by calling 423-432-0860 or signing up at the church. To have your name and phone number added to a text list, text the word “FOOD” to 423-200-4005 . For email notification send an email to normanlowe@epbfi.com with “FOOD”, name and telephone number as the subject.

Due to the popularity of this program it must be on a first come first served basis. One Accord Community Church is located at 343 Sweetland Drive in Red Bank.
