Family Action Council Of Tennessee Names Rep. Mike Carter A “Family Champion”

The Family Action Council of Tennessee has awarded Rep. Mike Carter the organization’s “Family Champion” award for his voting record of protecting families in Tennessee.  

FACT is an organization that was founded in 2006 by David Fowler. Since its establishment, the group’s primary mission has been “To equip Tennesseans and their elected officials to effectively promote and defend a culture that values of the traditional family, for the sake of the common good.” 

Rep. Carter’s unwavering defense of traditional family values and religious liberty has made him a key official to FACT in Nashville, said officials.  

After receiving the award Rep. Carter said, “I am honored to have received the title of Family Champion.  I believe that family is the foundation and turn key in which the success our state is built on. I will continue to defend faith and family in Nashville and look forward to continuing to serve the families I represent in District 29.” 

FACT sent out a mail piece to show that Rep. Carter has earned this award that hit mailboxes in the district on Monday. .
