A Crying Shame At Orange Grove

  • Wednesday, July 27, 2016

I think it is a crying shame that the recycling program at Orange Grove was dumped. Obviously, most folks don't realize how important it is for these precious people to have a job that they can do, without being bullied and made the object of jokes for the so called, "normal people".

I know firsthand how job programs in places of employment don't care if their employees use mentally disabled people as something to pass the time with, make fun of and mistreat, both verbally and physically.

A drastic change like this can do so much harm to mentally disabled people. Shame on whoever decided that this important program wasn't important enough.
