I have been an ardent supporter of Trump since he first entered the race. O'Reilly's special with him last evening, which I saw very early this morning, has turned me around and left me on empty. Thanks to Bill, he finally was successful in goading Trump to explain what he plans to do specifically to put his expressed commitments to the people in place if he is elected.
I am angry with what I heard. I believe O'Reilly could "really, really, really" expose the dark side of the moon if he wanted to. In the meantime, I am weighing my options.
Bob Corker is my senator. I have waited for him to make a move since he has emphasized that he likes where he is in the Senate with his committee chairmanships. We need a mayor (which he held for 2 terms); we need a governor coming up; and we need Corker where he is regardless of who is elected. That means we need a republican president.
