Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for May 20-26:

Cavin Lebron Davenport, 19, of 4000 Sunset Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested May 21 on charges of center lane violation, possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked.

Shawn Daniel Whitaker, 31, of 73 Twin Lakes Road, Lafayette was arrested May 21 on charges of driving while license suspended and failure to obey traffic control device.

Teresa Elaine Alaboudi, 62, of 14 Tulip Lane, Rossville was arrested May 21 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and unsafe windshield/window.

Kaydan Ann Kinsey, 17, of 1334 Euclid Avenue, North Fort Myers, FL was arrested May 22 for theft by shoplifting.

Stephen Lee Collins, 38, of 15 Sawyer Street, Chattanooga was arrested May 22 on charges of probation violation, open container of alcohol and drunk and disorderly.

Michael Ray Parrish, 43, of 908 Kenny Way Drive, Hixson was arrested May 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and too fast for conditions.

Rayburn Ray Smolik, 49, of 584 Pine Grove Road, Ringgold was arrested May 23 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, driving under the influence of multiple substances and open container.

Laurel Skye Clowdus, 30, of 121 Betsy Lane, Rossville was arrested May 24 on charges of driving while unlicensed, insurance requirements, suspended registration and tag light.

Tommy Wayne Garrett, 31, of 200 Charles Shoffne, Harrogate, TN was arrested May 24 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and disregard for traffic control device.

Caleb Logan Sewell, 23, of 241 Wauhatchie Pike, Chattanooga was arrested May 24 for theft by shoplifting.

Jamell Wesley Marsh, 29, of 170 7th Street, Rossville was arrested May 24 on charges of driving while license suspened/revoked, operation of unregistered  vehicle, removing/affixing license plate with intent to misrepresent, tint/cracked window and outstanding warrant.

James Timothy Wilson, 41, of 610 Bradley Avenue, Lafayette was arrested May 25 for theft by shoplifting.

Goldsmith, 54, of 5710 Wilder Road, Hixson was arrested May 25 
on charges of fleeing, attempting to elude, theft by receiving stolen property, speeding, reckless driving, driving while license suspended/revoked, affixing license plate with intent to conceal, obstruction of officers, use of blue lights in commission of of felony and failure to obey traffic control devise.

Jessica Denise England, 33, of 7023 Ramsey Town Drive, Harrison, TN was arrested May 25 for theft by receiving stolen property.

Ashley Lee Borden, 26, of 405 Brookhaven Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested May 26 on charges of battery and cruelty to children.
