Donald Allyn Packard, 74, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on May 19, 2016 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Allyn Frederick Packard.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Mae Neuman Packard; wife of 43 years, Dianne Sizemore Packard; son, Wesley (Wendy) Packard; brother, Roger (Linda) Packard; and grandchildren, Tyler, Bailey, Beckett and Liam Packard.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, with visitation one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church, 108 Seventh Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37203.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to DSAMT, Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee, P.O. Box 1182, Mt. Juliet, TN 37121.
