Kenneth Walton
Kenneth Walton, 62, was arrested after police were told he pointed a shotgun at two children on
Saturday.
The victims, 11 and 12 years old, told police they had been walking past 3802 Juandale Trail when
Walton grabbed his groin and yelled at them, “(expletive). I got something for you!”
They said when returning from playing basketball and walking down the same street, Walton worked the action on a shotgun and pointed it at them. The victims said this was when they ran to a nearby residence and told an adult, who called the police.
Officers said when they attempted to put handcuffs on Walton, he began to struggle and resisted arrest.
After he was taken into custody, Walton told police he did have a shotgun, but had never laid a hand on the children.
Police said he took officers to the shotgun inside his house described by the victims.
While being transported to the Hamilton County Jail, police said Walton made several statements, including saying he did not think the victims should be allowed to exist.
Walton has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of resisting arrest or obstruction of legal process.
