Judy L. Hamilton Grimes, 59, of Guild, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016, after a long fought battle with cancer.
Judy was a member of Mineral Springs Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kay and Mable Richardson Hamilton; brothers, Tommy, Wayne, Bobby, Robert, Hamilton and Johnny Young; and a sister, Lois Ann Hamilton.
Judy is survived by her husband, Henry Wayne Grimes; children, Jennifer Grimes Huffstuttler, Tammy Grimes Cantrell and Josh Grimes; siblings and families, Betty “Margaret” Perry, Mary “Ruth” Blair, Jean Easterley, Bill Hamilton, Betty Slatton, Dennis Hamilton, Jerry Hamilton, Chris Hamilton and Mike Tinker; grandchildren, Wayne “Little Man”, Dakota and Kyle Huffstuttler, Eric Qualls, Braddison “Bubba” and Morgan Cantrell; great-granddaughter, Madi Lee Huffstuttler; step-mother, Imogene Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 4 p.m. CDT on Sunday, May 1, with Bro. James Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow in Layne’s Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. CDT on Saturday, April 30.
