Betty Louise Gill, 82, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on Nov. 21, 1933 to the late Herbert and Clara Johnson and was a lifelong resident of Bradley County.
Betty enjoyed gardening, planting and growing flowers and fishing. She was also a huge wrestling fan.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Johnnie Franklin Gill; mother and father; step-mother, Cecil Belle; and her brother, Ricky Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Martha Leonard; future son-in-law, Richard David Hodges; and two sisters, Doretta Morgan and Faye Cash.
A Celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday night, April 30, in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
