Stringers Ridge Park Fire

  • Wednesday, April 27, 2016
Congratulations to the City of Chattanooga Fire Department for controlling and extinguishing a large fire at the overlook in Stringers Ridge Park last night. The blaze was traveling both up and down the ridge at approximately 10:45 pm last night.
The fire crews arrived quickly after the fire was noticed and began cutting brush, establishing a fire break, and extinguishing the blazes. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated group of individuals who know their jobs and perform them without hesitation.

Thank you! Jason Havron, President, Hill City Neighborhood Association
