Apartment Units On Mansion Hill In North Chattanooga Sold For Almost $15 Million

The former Mansion Hill Apartments in North Chattanooga have been sold.

The development is now known as the Riverview Grande Apartments.

The sale was to Riverveiw Grande LLC.

A transaction for units on North Natchez Road from Riverview Multifamily Partners LLC was for $7,750,000.

A transaction for units at 700 Mansion Hill Circle from Ashford Partners was for $17 million.
