Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association’s 2016 Roll School Registration Now Open

  • Thursday, February 4, 2016

Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association’s (TSRA) 2016 Roll School registration is now open. TSRA volunteer instructors will converge at Tennessee State University’s pool to teach paddlers how to roll their canoe or kayak.

If it is outfitted to roll, instructors will be happy to teach the basics and have one rolling their boat before they know it. This is a skill that is important to paddlers and can save lives.

The roll school will be held Feb. 16 and 23; March 1, 8, 15, and 22, from 6–8 p.m. at the TSU Gentry Center.

Learn more and sign up for TSRA’s Roll School at www.paddletsra.org. Cost is $50 to attend all sessions (members), and up to $115 for all sessions (non-members).
