Bobby Stone, Is It Really A Win? - And Response

  • Friday, October 21, 2016

It brought a smile to my face this morning when I saw where the case was thrown out of court against Mr. Stone and the domestic violence charge.  I have supported his cause from the beginning, but I do feel heartbreak because his personal life had to be tossed out there for all of us to see.

I truly hope and pray things turn around for him and his wife, while I feel strongly he must continue his fight against the "establishment" that so cruelly decided they were untouchable.

No one is, as this case will prove in the end, but I do want him to know there are hundreds of us that want only for him to be happy and for this nightmare to end.

Injustice creates great contempt.

It is extremely odd for a person accused of a minor assault to be transported for hours of taped audio interrogation and a written statement.   No one went to the hospital or had serious injuries. This was an alleged misdemeanor assault, so why was Bobby Stone treated differently?

The Berke administration has engaged in a pervasive slander campaign to destroy Bobby Stone’s reputation with public statements intended to diminish his credibility. I don’t know him, but I know a political target when I see one.

Justice has finally happened, thanks to the hard work of our wonderful District Attorney and Lady Justice.

I pray for peace for Bobby Stone. The injustice and betrayal must have caused him great sadness.
