James Allen Holt, 49, of Crossville, and formerly of Pikeville, Tennessee, died on Sunday, July 5, 2015.
He was the owner of Holt Appraisal. Allen was a member of Revolution Church in Crossville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Edna Holt.
Survivors include daughters, Jodie Holt and Jalen Holt, of Crossville; sons, Garet and Jonah Holt, Crossville; brothers, Kenny Holt, Pikeville, Tim (Gina) Bettis, Sale Creek and Mike (Jeri) Bettis, Destin, FL; and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, July 8 at 5 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel.
Arrangements are by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 7 from 4-9 p.m., and Wednesday, July 8 from 1-5 p.m. CDT.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for his children to the James Allen Holt memorial Fund at First Bank in Crossville.
