Cyrus Edgar Troutt Sr., 82, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015.
He was born on November 3, 1932 to the late Edgar and Edna Troutt. He enjoyed Fishing, Hot Wings, Going to the Dollar Store, and will forever be remembered as a tremendously hard worker that loved his family and cared deeply for them.
In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Doris “Tootie” Elliott.
He is survived byhis wife of 61 years, Alma Ruth Troutt; daughters, Triston Burnette, Donna Leigh Troutt Grunas, Kimberly Kennedy (Michael) and Diana Bedwell (Dennis); son, Cyrus Edgar Troutt Jr; grandchildren, Rachel Wilcoxon (Brandon), Christopher Burnette, Zach Kennedy, David Bedwell (Elizabeth), Amanda Johnson (David), Joseph Lance Grunas, Christy Smith, Josh Bedwell (Sarah), Misty Parris and Mickey Kennedy (Erica); several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends; and 17 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, at The Lighthouse Church located at 8593 Hiawassee St NW, Charleston TN. Interment will follow the service in Candies Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. at the church on Tuesday, July 21.
