National Senior Health And Fitness Day Is Wednesday

The City of Chattanooga’s Department of Youth & Family Development, with Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. at East Gate Town Center, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.

Local agencies and businesses will be available to provide tips and information on many health care and fitness topics.

This event is free to the public and there will be door prizes, bingo and light refreshments served.
