Dot Tudor
Philmena Emily “Dot” Fox Tudor, 95, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, May 23, 2015.
Dot was a native and lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area. She was retired from A&P Grocery stores. Dot loved being a member of White Oak Baptist Church and Saved to Serve Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, David Fox and Russell Tudor; her son, Jim Fox.
Dot is survived by her daughter she never had, Katherine Fox; her very special, shopping and loving granddaughter, Michelle and husband Phil Davoulas; grandsons, Michael and Mitchell Fox; six great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Dot was a very special MeMe to all who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, and 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A celebration of Dot’s life will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with Dr. Tony Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
