Bessie Smith Strut Returns With Enhancements

The Bessie Smith Cultural Center and Friends of the Festival have partnered again to make the Scenic City's night of blues and barbecue "the best it can be" for the community on Monday, June 8. 

Under new leadership, the Bessie Smith Cultural Center announced changes are coming for the Strut including a new stage.  

Friends of the Festival will announce the lineup and more at a joint press conference with Strut organizers on Wednesday at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center in the Vilma Fields Atrium.
